This website is operated by Apedes LLC under the GreekLife.Store name. Throughout these Terms of Service, “GreekLife.Store,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Apedes LLC.
These Terms govern your access to GreekLife.Store and your purchase or use of products and services offered through the website. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Our ecommerce store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to offer and sell our products.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to place an order. If you allow a minor to use the website, you are responsible for their use.
You may not use the website:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- To submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful information.
- To introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
- To scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization.
- To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- To attempt to obtain unauthorized access to an account or system.
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Products, Brands, and Licensing
GreekLife.Store is the product brand sold through this store. Fraternity, sorority, co-ed organization, university, and other organizational names, letters, crests, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Products displaying protected organizational or university marks are offered under applicable licensing permissions. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of a trademark or grant permission to copy, reproduce, manufacture, or commercially use the associated design.
Licensing permissions and product availability may change. We may modify or discontinue a design if required by a licensing organization, university, trademark owner, law, or marketplace requirement.
Any reference to an organization or university identifies the organization represented by the licensed merchandise and does not imply an endorsement beyond the applicable licensing arrangement.
4. Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Many GreekLife.Store products are made or decorated after an order is placed. Production may involve printing, stitching, embroidery, sublimation, engraving, or another decoration method.
Most products are produced or decorated through U.S.-based production partners. Many blank products and components are imported. Flags and certain premade decorations may be manufactured or fulfilled outside the United States.
Reasonable variations may occur in:
- Color appearance between a screen and the finished product.
- Design placement, alignment, or scale.
- Stitching and embroidery.
- Material texture or finish.
- Measurements within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Minor variations inherent in production are not considered defects. This does not affect your rights if an item is materially defective, damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
If you submit text, artwork, photographs, logos, or other material for a custom order, you represent that you have permission to use that material.
Organization trademarks may be used only in ways permitted by our applicable licenses. We may modify or decline a custom request that conflicts with licensing requirements or appears unlawful, offensive, misleading, unsafe, or potentially infringing.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, pricing, and availability information.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product images may include mockups or representative settings. Props shown in an image are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you to approve corrected information or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Product, material, or licensing unavailability.
- Shipping-address limitations.
- Violations of these Terms.
- A quantity that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
- A custom request that cannot be legally or technically produced.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities when reasonably necessary. Bulk or wholesale orders may require separate pricing, production schedules, payment terms, and written approval.
7. Pricing, Discounts, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout.
Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted except where there is a clear pricing error.
If we discover a material pricing error, we may contact you to approve the corrected price or cancel the affected item and provide a refund.
Promotional codes may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum-order requirements, or other conditions. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and promotional offers have no cash value.
Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and order information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after production has started.
Address changes cannot normally be completed after a carrier has accepted the shipment.
Any refund or cancellation eligibility is subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
9. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Most standard products ship within 3–5 business days after an order is placed. Flags and banners typically ship within 10–14 business days. Custom, bulk, unusually large, or licensing-dependent orders may require additional production time.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Carrier transit time begins after an order ships and is separate from production time.
GreekLife.Store provides free standard shipping with no minimum purchase for orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Expedited shipping may be available by special request. Expedited carrier service does not automatically shorten production time unless an accelerated production schedule is expressly confirmed.
Delivery timing may be affected by product type, order volume, licensing approval, address accuracy, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe originally provided, we will provide the notices, delay options, cancellation rights, and refunds required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may request an eligible return within 15 calendar days after delivery. Return eligibility, authorization requirements, shipping costs, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Products created using customer-provided names, text, photographs, artwork, colors, designs, or other personalization cannot be returned because of a change of mind, ordering error, or preference.
Personalized and custom products remain eligible for an appropriate resolution if they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the approved order details.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns and Refunds Policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Please provide accurate information and update it when necessary. Notify us at info@greeklife.store if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or close an account reasonably associated with fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or repeated violations of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original content—including GreekLife.Store branding, text, product photography, graphics, layouts, and original designs—is owned by or licensed to Apedes LLC.
Organizational and university marks displayed on merchandise belong to their respective owners and are used under applicable licensing arrangements.
You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, publish, or commercially exploit website content without permission from the applicable rights owner.
13. Reviews and Customer Submissions
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, or other public-facing content, you grant GreekLife.Store a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use that content in connection with our store and marketing.
This license does not apply to private customer-service communications or private order information.
You represent that your submission is accurate, is based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
We may remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, unrelated to the product, contains private information, or violates these Terms. We will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or independent practices of a third-party website or service. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information about cookies, analytics, advertising, privacy choices, and consumer requests.
16. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or legal compliance.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers, hosting services, payment processors, carriers, cyberattacks, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or another type of liability that cannot legally be limited.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Apedes LLC and GreekLife.Store harmless from third-party claims resulting from:
- Material you submit without the necessary rights or permission.
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website.
- Your material violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of another party’s rights.
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Brevard County, Florida.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or exercising rights available under applicable consumer law.
21. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Apedes LLC concerning your use of the website and purchases from GreekLife.Store.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations.
