This Shipping Policy explains the production times, shipping options, costs, and delivery practices for orders placed through GreekLife.Store.
Free Standard Shipping
GreekLife.Store provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required.
The contiguous United States consists of the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia. Free standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Production Times
Many GreekLife.Store products are made or decorated after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
- Standard products: Most standard products ship within 3–5 business days.
- Flags and banners: Flags and banners typically ship within 10–14 business days and may require the full 14-business-day production period.
- Custom and bulk orders: Production times vary based on product type, quantity, design requirements, and applicable licensing approval.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
If an order contains products with different production times, the order may ship separately or follow the production time of the item requiring the longest preparation period.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states.
- The District of Columbia.
- Puerto Rico and other supported U.S. territories.
- Supported APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
- Supported P.O. box addresses.
Some products or carriers may not support every destination or address type. We will contact you by email if an available shipping method cannot be used for your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may have additional shipping charges.
Applicable shipping charges will normally be shown during checkout. If an additional charge must be confirmed after checkout, we will contact you by email before shipping the order.
Delivery to these destinations may require additional transit time and may have limited carrier or tracking availability.
Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or another available carrier, depending on the product, destination, package size, and fulfillment location.
Standard shipping does not guarantee delivery by a particular date. The carrier and service used for an order may vary when necessary to provide suitable delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available only by special request and is not offered as a standard checkout option.
To request expedited shipping, email info@greeklife.store before placing your order whenever possible. Include:
- The product you would like to order.
- The quantity.
- The complete delivery ZIP code.
- The date by which you need the order.
Expedited shipping is subject to product availability, production requirements, carrier availability, and additional charges. Expedited carrier service does not automatically shorten production time unless we expressly confirm an accelerated production schedule.
We cannot guarantee that every product or order will qualify for expedited production or shipping.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery consists of two separate periods:
- Production time: The time required to make, decorate, or prepare the product.
- Carrier transit time: The time between carrier acceptance and delivery.
Carrier transit estimates begin after an order ships. They are estimates and may be affected by the destination, selected service, weather, holidays, carrier delays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need an order for a particular event or date, contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee arrival by an event date unless we expressly confirm the deadline in writing.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking number after the order ships.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to begin displaying activity after the shipping label is created. Some military, territorial, or specialized shipments may provide limited tracking information.
If an order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
Production or Shipping Delays
Orders may take longer during periods of high demand, holidays, licensing-review delays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, material shortages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe originally provided, we will contact you by email with available options. Where required by law, you may agree to the revised timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped item for a refund to the original payment method.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us immediately at info@greeklife.store if you discover an error.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after order submission.
If an order is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
- Check with other members of your household, neighbors, or building management.
- Look around the delivery location and any secure package areas.
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number.
If the package remains missing, contact us at info@greeklife.store with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the shipment and available carrier options.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the damage, photographs of the product, and photographs of the shipping packaging. Damaged or incorrect products are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees
Orders delivered to certain U.S. territories may be subject to local taxes, duties, customs processing, or carrier fees. When imposed by a government authority or carrier, these charges are the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
International Shipping
GreekLife.Store does not currently ship outside the United States or supported U.S. territories.
We do not accept international delivery addresses or arrange international forwarding. Customers who independently use a package-forwarding service are responsible for the service, additional costs, and any risks occurring after delivery to the U.S. forwarding address.
Returns and Refunds
Shipping-related returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
