Chapter-name personalization
Many organizations allow a chapter designation (e.g. "Beta Gamma Chapter" or your campus name) on licensed products. Every personalized design must be submitted to and approved by your national headquarters through the licensing review process before we can print it. Allow 2–3 additional weeks for that approval on top of the standard lead time, and request it through the quote form so we can start the submission right away.
Licensing
GreekLife.Store is an officially licensed vendor. Every product on this site has been reviewed and approved by the organization it represents, and a royalty is paid to your national organization on each sale. Chapter orders placed here are fully compliant with your organization's licensing requirements — no approvals needed on your end for standard designs.

Do I need a discount code?
No. The quantity discount applies automatically in the cart once you reach 10, 25 or 50 eligible items.
Can I mix different organizations or products in one order?
Yes. The tiers are based on the total number of eligible items in the cart, across any organizations and product types.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Not at this time. Chapter orders are prepaid by credit or debit card at checkout. If your chapter uses a treasurer's card, simply have the treasurer complete the checkout.
How long will my order take?
Flags, banners and garden flags: 10–15 business days (printed to order and air-shipped). Ornaments, keychains and license plates: 5–7 business days (printed in the USA). Hats: 7–10 business days. Add 2–3 weeks for any design that needs headquarters approval.
Can you ship to several addresses?
Each order ships free to one address. For multiple destinations, place one order per address — each order qualifies for the quantity discount on its own.
Do you offer a flag with our chapter name on it?
Often, yes — but every personalized design must be approved by your national headquarters before we can print it. Request it through the quote form and we'll handle the submission.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no charge.
