Would you like to make a change to one of our existing product designs? This customization fee covers the preparation of a custom design modification for an item purchased from GreekLife.Store.
How It Works
- Add this Customization Fee to your cart together with the product you would like to customize.
- During checkout, use the order notes to describe the requested change, or contact us after placing your order with your order number and customization instructions.
- The $10 fee covers one custom design modification. More complex requests or multiple design variations may require an additional fee.
- Customization requests are subject to design and production limitations.
Officially Licensed Products
GreekLife.Store is an officially licensed vendor. If your customization involves fraternity, sorority, co-ed organization, or university trademarks, the completed custom design may need to be submitted to the applicable organization or university representative for approval before production.
Approval typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, but timing may vary.
Please note: Approval is not guaranteed. We cannot produce a customized design if it is rejected by the applicable licensing authority or if the requested modification does not comply with trademark or brand guidelines.
Non-Refundable Customization Fee
The $10 customization fee is non-refundable because it covers the design work involved in preparing your requested modification and, when applicable, submitting the design for licensing approval.
The fee remains non-refundable even if:
- the organization or university does not approve the customized design;
- the requested modification cannot be produced due to licensing restrictions after the design work has been completed;
- you decide not to proceed with the customized product after the design work has begun.
Production Time
Customization and licensing approval are separate from product production time. Once the design is approved, the standard production timeframe for the purchased product will apply.
For made-to-order flags, for example, production typically takes approximately 12–16 business days before shipment.

We use email to communicate with you regarding your customization, including sending design proofs, requesting additional information if needed, and receiving your approval before the customized item moves into production.
Please make sure to check your email regularly, including your Spam/Junk folder, after placing a customization order. Delays in responding to design approval requests may delay production and shipment.
We cannot proceed with production of a customized item until all required design details and approvals have been received.
