Pi Kappa Phi Merchandise: 47 Items for Brothers, Alumni, and Their Families

What is actually in this collection

There are 47 products here, and the mix leans practical rather than closet-filling. Christmas ornaments, travel accessories, phone cases and drinkware each run to five designs, alongside apparel, office supplies, home decor, business card holders, tumblers, and a Flags and Banners listing, which is the full-size flag rather than the small garden one. Typical pieces include the Classic Dad Hats, the Bucket Hat, a Tough Case for iPhone, an Insulated Water Bottle 17 oz, a Stainless Steel Travel Mug 13 oz, a Canvas Tote Bag, a square Luggage Bag Tag, a Badge Reel Holder, and a rectangular Mouse Pad. Prices run from $4.98 to $61.98: the least expensive type is the decal at $4.98, the priciest is the keepsake box at $61.98. A GreekLife.Store gift card sits in the collection as well, if you would rather let the recipient choose.

Who buys these, and when

The buying pattern follows the chapter calendar rather than the fashion calendar. Recruitment and bid day pull hats, tote bags and water bottles, because new members want something they can carry across campus the same week. Big-little season moves the smaller pieces, such as keychains, ornaments and badge reel holders, where the gift is meant to be handed over in person. Graduation and alumni gifts skew toward the travel mugs, tumblers and the flag. Game day and parents' weekend belong to drinkware and apparel. December is ornament season, which is why five ornament designs exist, including the flat round and the snowflake metal. The office supplies, mouse pads and business card holders are the quiet corner of the collection: things brothers keep using long after the chapter house.

Made to order, and licensed

Nothing here sits in a warehouse waiting. Every item is produced after the order is placed, which is how the catalog can carry 47 designs across this many product types instead of a handful of safe bets. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Flags and banners are the exception, since they are produced in 12–16 business days, so plan around that if a banner has to be on a wall by a specific weekend. GreekLife.Store is an Official Licensed Supplier of Greek Merchandise, which is worth knowing if you are ordering on behalf of a Pi Kappa Phi chapter rather than for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this merchandise officially licensed?

Yes. GreekLife.Store is an Official Licensed Supplier of Greek Merchandise and sells official fraternity, sorority and university products. That is the claim the store makes for itself, and it is worth knowing when you are buying for a chapter, a formal or a gift rather than for casual use.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Flags and banners are the one exception in this collection: they are produced in 12–16 business days before shipping, so order the flag well ahead of recruitment week, a formal, or any date it needs to be hanging. Full terms are in our shipping policy.

Are these items made to order?

Yes. Every item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, rather than pulled from existing stock. That is how 47 designs can be offered across hats, phone cases, drinkware, ornaments and office items without any of them sitting in a warehouse.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your account and open the Order History tab. Once your order ships, a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you; the number usually becomes active in the carrier's system within 24 hours. If something looks wrong, email info@greeklife.store.

What if I need to return something, or it arrives damaged?

For a damaged or defective item, contact customer service at info@greeklife.store within 15 days of receiving it. For any other return, the conditions and the current window are set out in our refund policy, which is the place to check before sending anything back.
