Log into your account and open the Order History tab. Once your order ships, we send a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours, so give it a day before checking the carrier.
Can I return something?
Returns are handled through our refund policy, which lists the conditions and the process. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact customer service at info@greeklife.store within seven days of receipt so we can sort it out.
